If you are flustered by the stresses and pessimism of this world and you'd like a group to interact with where you can learn things like retraining thinking on a positive pathway, cultivating appreciation and giving, making and meeting goals, overcoming roadblocks, and finding others who are facing similar battles, this group is for you!
We do not replace medical treatment or professional therapy, but instead supplement you with an outlet to express yourself, have fun, learn, and grow in a judgement-free, confidential zone of support.
We are located in Connecticut. Workshop spaces are limited to 5-10 people. To sign up, fill out the form below. You will be notified which group you'll be joining and which times/places we will meet. (You also have access to online help immediately via email, text, direct message, private online support group if you need help in between meetings.)
